1. Strange noises

If you hear some unusual noises coming out of your boiler – hissing, knocking, or pops – your system may be telling you it’s time for a change.

2. Frequent repairs

During the winter, if you’re frequently on the phone calling for service and replacing worn out parts, a new system is probably in order.

3. Leaks

Water leaks from your boiler should never be ignored. Potentially, the water leakage could lead to structural damage, and to complicate things, there’s the possibility of life-threatening carbon monoxide leakage as well.

4. Fluctuating temperatures

If your system initially heats your house, but then goes cold before heating up again, that’s a pretty good sign it needs to be replaced.
